How does Harper work?

Harper provides customizable marketing content—including videos, marketing campaigns, educational articles, social posts, and more—for broadband providers to brand and use in their marketing efforts.

Most assets can be customized in a single click, then edited further within Harper if desired. Where needed, our team can assist with additional customizations at no cost to subscribers.

We add new content every single month and love requests from our subscribers! If a subscriber has an idea that we can add to the library for all, we can usually create it for them at no cost. (Otherwise, we can provide discounts on developing custom content just for you.)

In addition to the content, your subscription also includes one 60-minute or two 30-minute consultations to be booked as needed on a topic of your choice.

How do I access Harper?

Email hello@meetharper.com to let us know whether you’d like to join at our monthly or annual rate. Then, we’ll ask you to submit brand assets for easy customizations in your account and set up one login for your team to share. It’s that easy!

Harper also has a few content sections exclusively for customers of Fiber Homes, Fiber Gaming Network, and/or MyBundle. To request a Harper account for access to that content, simply email hello@meetharper.com.

What if I can’t find the content I need?

If there is specific content you would like to see added, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@meetharper.com and let us know what you need. We are happy to fulfill most content requests at no charge. Or, for custom content requests, we offer a subscriber discount.

How am I allowed to use the content?

Downloaded content can be used across various communications, including newsletters, blogs, emails, and social posts. Subscribers are free to edit or revise content in any way they see fit.

The downloaded content is only licensed for use by the company named in the initial subscription agreement. Sharing or selling content to other companies, agencies or individuals is prohibited. In addition, downloaded content cannot be submitted to a publication (print or digital) under a byline.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing robert@meetharper.com. Once you cancel your subscription, your username and password will be deactivated at the conclusion of your current subscription period, and you will not be billed again.
