How does Harper work?
Harper provides ready-to-use content, including articles, social posts, and campaign strategies for broadband providers to brand and use in their marketing efforts. As a subscriber, you have self-serve access to search and download any of the content available. Once downloaded, you are free to edit or revise the content in any way you choose. New content will be added each month.
In addition to the content, your subscription also includes the following:
Complimentary Monthly Phone Consultation
- 60-Minute Session (or Two 30-Minute Sessions)
- Conducted over phone or GoToMeeting
- Mutual screen sharing optional
- Discussion topic is up to you
- Additional sessions available for $150 per hour
Discounted Custom* Content Development – custom content is available at the following discounted rates to subscribers:
- Residential Services Article (approximately 400 words) = $400
- Business Services Article (approximately 400 words) = $500
- Press Release = $350
*subscriber owns all rights to content
How do I access Harper?
Upon receipt of the signed Service Agreement, you will be emailed your first invoice, and a unique username and password that you can use to access Harper for the duration of your subscription. The login link is located in header of the home page: www.meetharper.com
How do I download content?
Once you are logged into Harper, there will be a prominent link to download any of the non-premium content you choose. When you click on the link, a zipped file folder will download directly to your device. The folder will contain a variety of files, depending on the type of content.
What if I can’t find the content I need?
If there is specific content you would like to see added, please feel free to reach out to us via email at hello@meetharper.com and let us know what you need. We are happy to fulfill most content requests at no charge. Or, for custom content requests, we offer a subscriber discount (see above).
How am I allowed to use the content?
Downloaded content can be used across various communications, including newsletters, blogs, emails, and social posts. Subscribers are free to edit or revise content in any way they see fit.
The downloaded content is only licensed for use by the company named in the initial subscription agreement. Sharing or selling content to other companies, agencies or individuals is prohibited. In addition, downloaded content cannot be submitted to a publication (print or digital) under a byline.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing robert@meetharper.com. Once you cancel your subscription, your username and password will be deactivated at the conclusion of your current subscription period, and you will not be billed again.
